Case Study
This article reports the sequence of orthodontic multidisciplinary treatment of a 43-year old patient that presented the lower incisor teeth with multiple diastemas, projected in regards to the superior teeth, beside losses on dental elements. With the use of orthodontic appliance, dental alignment and leveling and closing spaces were possible, with the purpose of making prosthodontic rehabilitation. Prosthodontic rehabilitation was processed in zirconia, through a CAD-CAM system (Cercon). The conjugation of orthodontic and prosthodontic treatments is presented in this case report with satisfactory aesthetical and functional results.
