ABSTRACT
A case report is presented which discusses the management of two cases of nasopharyngeal stenosis that occurred in young patients after they had adenoidectomies. Two boys, aged seven and eight years, have each had a tonsillectomy and at least two adenoidectomies. Stenosis revision with a Nissen fundoplication is noted. Risk factors and and preventive measures are mentioned.
