ABSTRACT
A case report is presented on carcinoid tumours of the middle ear. The case study patients are a 26-year-old man with hearing loss and a 53-year-old man with a diagnosis of adenocarcinoma of the temporal bone. Liver metastases in one patient is noted. Types of neuroendocrine tumours, common anatomical locations where carcinoid tumours are found, and regional metastasis after surgery are discussed.
