ABSTRACT
A case report on the endoscopic management of malignant inverted papilloma of the nasopharynx in a 22-year-old woman is presented. The endoscopic resection of a hyperdense mass in the nasal cavities and nasopharynx is discussed as well as the histologic examination of the tumour and stroma. The authors' recommend complementary radiotherapy after the excision.
