ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 67-year-old woman with a history of leg swelling and pain for one week was admitted to the hospital. It states that the woman failed to show signs of fever, chest or abdominal pain, bowel or bladder disturbances, but experienced recurrent dry cough for four years when she was in China. It says that the woman was diagnosed of pulmonary cryptococcosis caused by capsule-deficient cyptococcus neoformans.
