ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 35 year-old woman with a history of bilateral extremity pain and weakness uniform with neurogenic claudication. She was admitted due to bilateral lower extremity edema and severe extremity pain. It states that the patient's history shows hypothyroidism and Maverick total disc replacement at the L4-L5 disc level. She also undergone decompression of granuloma and had regular clinical examinations for repeated venous thrombosis and neurologic decline.
