ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of the robbery of travel firm Co-operative Travel in Great Britain. According to an undisclosed branch manager, a man with a knife entered the facility at 5:20 pm, approached an employee and shouted to the rest of the staff to go into the foreign exchange bureau, and ordered to give him the money. Despite the incident, they opened the store the following day and they rebuilt their team spirit by having meals and drinks together.
