ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 42-year-old man with a tibial bifocal bone defect that resulted from a motorcycle accident and was treated with tetrafocal bone transport in two locations at the same time. The patient's wound was irrigated and a Hoffmann-II circular external fixator was applied. At the time of the two-year follow-up visit, the fracture sites were united and he found no clinical infection, limb-length discrepancy, or deformity.
