ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 69-year old black female patient who was referred for an ophthalmic evaluation due to progressive bilateral visual blur. It notes that the patient was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, an incurable cancer that is described by malignant B cells' proliferation in the bone marrow. It mentions that the women was given with Lipitor, aspirin, and Zestril.
