ABSTRACT
The article presents the case study of a 75-year-old man who was taken for a physical examination due to pleuritic chest pain and shoulder pain. A palpable right anterior chest wall mass was noted on the physical examination. In 1974, he had testicular cancer which was treated with radiation therapy.
