Case Study
The article describes the case of marketing agencies and their programs for creativity and mentoring to keep morale of employees high despite the recession. One of these agencies is Iris which has a program of communication with employees. Jeremy Shaw, chairman of Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw, stated that companies will benefit in the long run if they help employees develop ideas and encourage creativity.
