ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a ten-year-old girl who was injured in a fall from an iron fence surrounding a swing set. She was sustained a severe impact to the abdomen and was taken to the hospital and diagnosed traumatic pancreatitis. The article discusses the traumatic osteonecrosis which often develops as necrosis of the femoral head subsequent to a femoral neck fracture.
