ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of the use of the Intelligent Office software by financial services firm In Focus Asset Management in Great Britain. The firm increased its advisers due to services offered to both advisers and their clients and needed a software to meet their current and long term needs. It is noted that the software allowed advisers to create requests and tasks both for themselves and colleagues.
