Case Study

According to Andy Gross, president of the company, he saw the landscape of the industry change and they are not going to survive with arbitrage. It notes that the company operates from an 80,000-square-foot warehouse that houses three slitting lines and a coil cleaning line. Moreover, the company's product line includes hot-rolled, cold-rolled and hot-dipped galvanized.
