ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 29 year old male complaining on a comprised ability to deliver the maximum amount of air pressure to mouth pieces of musical instruments. On oral examination, the absence of several teeth was found. The patient's missing mandibular incisors are replaced with a cast metal removable partial denture. It was confirmed radiographically that he suffers from moderate generalized periodontitis and a unilateral cleft of the hard palate and right alvelous.
