ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study on the move of Angeles Steel Services to employ many engineers in India to support the company's business in Southern California. Chief executive officer (CEO) Faruk Zia explains that the company has done many computer aided design works, engineering calculations and estimations in India with lower costs. Moreover, the company is expected to have the information engine it needs to improve its services in the U.S.
