ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of an 89-year-old woman with refractory anemia presented with a painful neck mass. It describes the result of the biopsy and confirms the diagnosis of granulocytic sarcoma. It gives a brief explanation of granulocytic sarcomas, the treatment given to the patient and the result of the treatment.
