Case Study
The article describes the case of a 55-year-old woman presented with episodes of atrial fibrillation. Echocardiogram showed mild left atrial enlargement, moderate right ventricular enlargement and mild aortic insufficiency. It revealed a atrioventricular nodal reentry. It has an abrupt onset and termination and the ventricular rate is between 150 and 200 beats per minute in adults.
