ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study on issues and problems in school personnel administration. It explores on the teaching practice experience of Ivy Ansine and Kathy Somers. Ansine and her old school friend Somer bumped into each at the annual general meeting of the National teachers Associated. During the meeting that lasted 2 hours Ivy and Kathy caught up on each other's news then began a journey back from college to university discussing their teaching practice experience.
