ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 72-year-old woman who was brought up to a dermatological clinic with six-month history of severe diffuse pruritus. The result of the examination with dermoscope showed scabies mites, which are found in areas such as the finger webs, axillae, buttocks, and scrotum. The patient was treated with 5.0% permethrin cream. Dermoscopy is an option technique for diagnosing scabies.
