ABSTRACT
The article presents the case of a 45-year-old woman which shows the efficiency of fused fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG)-positron emission tomography (PET) in detecting meningeal lymphomatosis. It states that woman which had a mantle cell cancer had complained of headache and other diseases. It likewise claims that her neurological examination showed the irregular thickening of cauda equina. Moreover, it shows the involvement of cauda equina in leptomeningeal carcinomatosis through the use of FDG-PET.
