ABSTRACT
The article discusses the usage of ITESOFT.FreeMind for Orders by the leading medicine company Pfizer for its business applications in capturing and automatic processing orders in France. The company wants to be responsive to generate customer satisfaction and loyalty by acquiring an electronic solution capable of handling annual incoming orders from different hospitals and clinics. The ITESOFT.FreeMind captures the fax, paper and electronic mail orders which verifies the information into the database to start the delivery and the billing phases. The application has a storage capability for the customer and product information as well as the standard forms of the customer.
