Synovial haemangioma presenting as a recurrent monoarticular haemarthrosis

Case Study
The article discusses the case of a 10 year old African American male suffering synovial haemangioma, which is responsible for monoarticular haemarthrosis of the knee. The boy did not have any symptoms and his physical examination results revealed nothing unusual, moreover, his synovitis was limited on the right knee only. However, French surgeon stipulated that synovial haemangioma is a strange cause of perennial knee swelling and haemarthrosis.
