Case Study
The article presents the case study of a 20 year old man who reported high fever, night sweat, loss of body weight for 6 months and developed progressive exerional dyspnoea 4 weeks before his admission to hospital. Laboratory examination of the patient showed mild microcytic hypochromic anaemia and chest radiography showed bilateral pleural thickening without prenchymal abnormality.
