Case Study
This article focuses on the use of the Corporate Vision software Atlantic Global by Virgin Mobile in managing its information technology (IT) projects. The software provides project status, performance against plan, resource utilization, risk and cost information. Virgin uses the data to ensure that IT projects are aligned with business strategy and supporting strategic goals.
