Case Study
This article focuses on the implementation of the Supportworks Enterprise Support Platform by Sharp Electronics in order to improve its customer service infrastructure and retain competitive advantage. Its Customer Information Centre in Manchester, England was using an aging system, expensive to maintain and which lacked integration with other desktop applications and technologies. Supportworks can be used for separate helpdesk configurations which co-exist on the same application server, so that different business units can use the same platform with entirely separate views and true segregation of data.
