ABSTRACT
The article describes the case of a 51-year-old man who was presented to the clinic because of a right painful parotid mass. He has a medical history of adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the right parotid gland. Chest computed tomography was performed which revealed large infiltrative process in the right parotid gland.
