ABSTRACT
The article presents a business case involving the operations of global higher education institutions as of January 2014, particularly the development and implementation of a joint graduate program. The case features the joint program by institutions from the U.S., Canada and Mexico using the twinning approach. The case also tackles such issues as business modeling, funding and assessment of joint international educational programs.
