ABSTRACT
The article presents a case study of a 25?month?old prematurely born child, who was presented with relatively large head since birth. Head scans showed bilateral frontal subdural cerebrospinal fluid collections with normal growth and development, psychology and social maturity level. diagnosis for benign external hydrocephalus (BEH) revealed macrocephaly with nontense fontanels. It also informs that the exact etiology of BEH is not known and it does not require specific treatment.
