ABSTRACT

The article presents information on several developments related to metalworking industries. The company Ram Optical Instrumentation has launched a new product line of the measurement and visual inspection products which includes Hi-eye video microscope and OVP inspection system. The article has given information on several types of broaches, broach grinding process and lists of special broaches are lilsted alongwith their speciifications. The catalog on taps dies and gages provide information on to the users on selecting the appropriate tap for a given application.
