ABSTRACT
62 pp. Jossey-Bass 200 8 The millennial generation - comprised of individuals born between 1980 and 2001 - is shaking up the workplace. A polarizing generation that is both admired and critiqued, millennials are serious about changing work environments to meet their needs. Currently, employers are facing the monumental challenge of integrating the millennials into the workplace with three other generations - Generation Xers, Baby Boomers, and Traditionalists - who have very different attitudes and behaviors.
