ABSTRACT
Chapter 5, Section 2 of the book "Executive Report on Strategies in Madagascar," edited by Philip M. Parker is presented. It presents the user agreement provisions of ICON Group International Inc. in the country. The user agrees that it will not copy nor license, sell, transfer and make available or otherwise distribute the Report to any entity or person. It points out that the user shall indemnify and hold safe ICON Group and its resellers against any claim from the user's use of the Report.
