Chapter 23 of the book "Peterson's Principles of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery" is presented. It describes the anatomic features of zygomatic complex fractures. The treatment of zygomatic complex fractures may range from simple observation of resolving swelling and paresthesia to open reduction and internal fixation. It discusses the possible complications that may occur in the early postoperative period in patients with zygomatic complex fractures.
