ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's experience of relocating to another home. She used to live with her parents in a hilly area of Massachusetts. She used to hear that there was no future for the family in that mountain area. When the family prepared to leave the area, she realized, for the first time, that she would miss an autumn. She had tears in her eyes when the family walked through the house for the last time.
