This article presents Chapter 6 of this monograph issue which is entitled "The Effects of Professional Development on Technological Competency and the Attitudes Urban Physical Education Teachers Have Toward Using Technology," by M. Levent Ince, Jacqueline D. Goodway, Phillip Ward and Myung-Ah Lee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of a technology-focused professional development intervention on the technology competence of physical educators.
