ABSTRACT
Chapter Eight of the book "Mastering Leadership" is presented. It discusses the core leadership themes of visualizing and transforming, and make them established in relation to the processes of mentoring and coaching. The key functions of the role of the leader is also emphasized in this chapter. It also talks about followership which is regarded as a crucial factor that influenced the leaders who act as coaches. The essential results of coaching and mentoring are also presented.
