A biography of Dieter Lorenz, former board member of the National Stereoscopic Association (NSA) and a European correspondent, is presented. He was born in the year 1931 in Coburg, Germany and began his career in hyper-stereo photography in the year 1955. He worked on infrared remote sensing and satellite meteorology at the University of Frankfurt. It discusses his several books including "The Stereo Image in Science and Technology", "The 3-D Cloud Book" and "Hummel Children in 3D."
