ABSTRACT
The article profiles Wyatt Earp, one of the most famous lawmen of the Old West in the U.S. He was appointed as a constable in Lamar, Missouri in 1870. He used his gun only once as a lawman in the Kansas cattle towns. Earp relocated from Kansas to Tombstone, Arizona with his brothers. The Earp brothers had a gunfight with Clanton and McLaury brothers in the city.
