Announces a new booklet due out this week, courtesy of the Concord Coalition, a bipartisan organization that former Democratic candidate Paul Tsongas, retiring New Hampshire GOP Sen. Warren Rudman and former Commerce Secretary Peter Petersen have put together to advocate reining in the federal deficit.
