ABSTRACT
Driven by the national economic strategy, Changdexincheng will put forward a higher request to the city construction as a starting and guiding area of the "Changdongbei" economic zone, as well as analyze the driving force, dug deeper potential, summarize the main driving force factors of its development, and provide reference for development of similar cities. Introduction With the development of society, the concept of "New Town" is not new, city construction has produced a variety of patterns, the development of a city will have different development trajectories in different society and economic background. The city development plays an important role in construction promoting. Changdexincheng in both "Changdongbei economic zone" "Changji industrial corridor" "Harbin-Dalian Economic Belt" and other advantages under the premise of city development, therefor, explore its significance is very important.
