I WELCOME Government plans to regulate gift vouchers but I can't help feeling that one of the worst culprits is An Post's All 4 One scheme. I've lost count of the number of these vouchers I've had tso discard because shops couldn't read the balance on them. They seem to have the odd effect on retail staff of making them simultaneously sad and angry. Could it really be that difficult to make the scheme a bit more transparent?
