ABSTRACT
Organizational justice is rules and social norms which stipulates how to manage the reward and punishments conduit in businesses. Injustice is a state of beliefs of a person who perceives that the treatment by his/her organization is unfair. It is impossible to achieve efficiency and productivity in the organizations where exists injustice. Therefore, it should be taken, into consideration seriously by management. The objective of the study is to how workers perceive the organizational justice and whether the different demographic features affect how these groups perceive organizational injustice. In this study, literature research and questionnaire technique has been applied as data collection method. The questionnaire has been developed and applied to workers in different positions and randomly sampled 708 directors and employees in the public and private sectors. The collected data has been analyzed with frequency, mean, T test, ANOVA and LSD methods. The research revealed significant difference between gender and distribution justice has been found and it is seen women's perceptions about distribution justice is lower in this analysis. It was determined that top executives' perception of justice is more concrete than the others. It has been found out that the important differences between distribution justice and seniority in business. The research also revealed that there exist no differences in perception of justice among the departments of the organizations. There is an important difference between operation number and number of employees in terms of the perception of justice. In other words, it was found out that the number of employee in a business brings about the high sense of operational justice.
