Older citizens rebuild the Philippines

The article discusses a report titled "Typhoon Haiyan: One Year On: Older People Key to Recovery" which was released by the organizations HelpAge International and the Coalition of Services for the Elderly and found that older citizens played a major role in rebuilding the Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan destroyed millions of homes.
