ABSTRACT
MAKE 'pasta' from a courgette by peeling lengthways and slicing into spaghetti-sized strips — it sneaks in one of your five a day and saves calories. Dry fry for a few minutes — a 125g portion of 'courgetti' (one small courgette) has 20 calories, compared with 200 for the same weight of cooked spaghetti.
