HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Halle Berry's waist. HALLE BERRY, 47, is regarded as one of the fittest women in Hollywood. Five days a week, the mother of two does a 25-minute, high-intensity session with a personal trainer, which includes cardio work, kickboxing, hill-walking or stair running, free weights and core strength. WHAT TO TRY: The standing oblique flexion targets the oblique and abdominal muscles. With a dumbbell or bottle of water in each hand, stand with feet shoulder-width apart and elbows slightly bent with palms (and the weights) facing inwards. Keep your abs tight and slowly slide the right weight down the outside of the right thigh as far as you can, bending from the waist but keeping the hips square. Hold for two seconds, then draw back. Repeat 12 times on each side.
