ABSTRACT
The article reports on the white paper "Blueprint for Member Growth: Creating a Strategic Business Development Plan" from the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, which demonstrates credit union differentiation strategies. According to the Council, the emphasis on business development offers credit unions an effective and cost-efficient avenue for expanding their membership. A brief overview of the features of the white paper is given.
