Presents accounts of the experiences of environmental conservation officers (ECO) as police officers who are sworn to uphold the laws of New York State with an emphasis on the Environmental Conservation Law. Encounter of ECO with a man reported overboard and a runaway boat in the Hudson River; Discovery of waste tires in the Otsego County; Complaint regarding an individual shooting a turkey in Lewis County.
