ABSTRACT
The article reports that the telecommunication company Telefon AB L.M Ericsson has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the enterprise information technology (IT) company Apcera Inc. It states that the acquisition shows the ambition of Ericsson in extending the approach in operator and enterprise clouds. It mentions that the acquisition is expected to close on the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2014 and is subject to customary closing conditions.
