ABSTRACT
The article presents news briefs pertaining to the German division of the International Federation of Library Associations & Institutions (IFLA) library association in 2013. Information is provided on the replacement of Hella Klauser by Guido Jansen as secretary of the IFLA, a 2013 conference of IFLA members in Singapore, and the establishment of an online blog by the IFLA.
