ABSTRACT
The article presents modern aspects of antiinflammatory therapy in patients with cystic fibrosis. The literature data is given, as well as the own experience in the use of corticosteroids, non-steroid antiinflammatory drugs (ibuprofen), macrolide antibiotics (azithromycin, clarithromycin), dornase-alfa (?ulmozyme) and others.
